For those who love (not to say adore) my neck, I present to you his little cousin. It is a hybrid between whipping and roast beef. Frankly, it's my new favorite. I eat them every week and I just can't get enough of them. 🤩
Its texture is amazing and its taste is tasty. You can season it however you want. To date, I've made it with lemongrass, Tex-Mex spices, Indian style and also kebab style and oh la la, I have not been disappointed. It is obviously delicious plain. I can't wait for winter to try it in stew, in large dishes with sauce. It must be exceptional. 🤤
